Tripindi Shraddha is an important Vedic ritual performed to resolve severe Pitra Dosh caused by the dissatisfaction of ancestors whose Shraddha or last rites were not properly performed. This dosh usually affects three generations of ancestors—father’s side, mother’s side, and forefathers—leading to continuous problems such as delays in marriage, childbirth issues, financial losses, health concerns, and repeated obstacles in life.

The word Tripindi refers to offering three symbolic pindas representing the three ancestral lines. Through sacred mantras, pind daan, and tarpan, the ancestors are respectfully invoked, satisfied, and granted peace. This ritual helps remove ancestral blockages and restores harmony, prosperity, and spiritual balance in the family.
