4. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability of Pandits/Temples Booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed You will receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

5. Payments

All payments must be made through authorized payment gateways Prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned Poojat.com is not responsible for payment gateway failures Any additional material or dakshina requested by Pandit must be discussed in advance

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation timelines and refund eligibility vary by service Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days No refund will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows Poojat.com reserves the right to deduct service or platform fees

7. Service Disclaimer

Poojat.com does not guarantee specific spiritual or personal outcomes Ritual performance quality depends on individual Pandits/Temples We are not responsible for religious interpretations or personal beliefs

8. Pandit & Temple Conduct

We strive to onboard verified and experienced Pandits and Temples. However, Poojat.com is not liable for: Any disputes between user and Pandit Personal conduct or opinions of Pandits Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, travel, health)

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Poojat.com (logos, text, images, design) is the property of Poojat.com and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Post false or misleading information Upload offensive, obscene, or abusive content Attempt to manipulate prices or reviews Use bots or automated systems
