Shraddha Karma

Shraddha Karma after death is a sacred set of rituals performed to ensure the peaceful journey of the soul and to fulfill the final duties of the family toward the departed. According to Hindu tradition, after death the soul enters a transitional phase and needs spiritual support through prayers, charity, and Vedic rites. One of the most important practices during this period is the Garud Puran Path, which explains the soul’s journey after death, the results of karma, and the importance of righteous living. Listening to this path is believed to guide the soul toward higher realms and bring awareness and detachment to the family.
